From early-stage advisory concept to a brand built around financially viable decarbonization.

I was contacted by Decarbonaid at the very beginning. The team had a strong strategic idea: help companies turn CO2 goals into financially realistic investment paths. What was missing was a coherent brand and website system that could make that advisory offer clear, credible, and useful in conversations with senior decision-makers.

CO2 ambition translated into finance, assets, and investment logic.

The core insight was clear: Decarbonaid was not another sustainability communications brand. Its strength was financial decarbonization for asset-heavy companies, where climate targets have to become capital decisions, lifecycle choices, and realistic implementation paths.

I shaped the brand around that logic, including explicit support for the Financial Decarbonization Framework. The identity, illustrations, and website were designed to make a complex advisory model feel structured, concrete, and boardroom-ready.

The brand needed to make decarbonization feel less like an abstract climate target and more like an investment path a company could plan, finance, and act on.

The final work included brand strategy, logo and visual identity, custom illustrations, website design and build, and presentation support. The result moved Decarbonaid from an early strategic idea without coherent brand expression to a complete market-facing system built around financial feasibility, asset logic, and practical decarbonization planning.
